hi i’m cindy!
I am a single mom to the best little man I’ve ever met! I am also the owner and designer of this sweet little business I call paper & taigh and I LOVE what I do!
How did this all begin? Well, I was a stay home mom with an art education background (I taught middle and high school art for ten years). I felt super lucky to be able to be with my son as he grew, however, I’m also a creative! I needed something else!
One day, while looking for the perfect printables for a housewarming gift, I realized I couldn’t find exactly what I had envisioned…so, I created my own! I got so many compliments from friends and family with encouragement to sell them. Still unsure, I created my son’s 4th birthday printables with a Wall-E theme (still one of our favorite movies!). The party turned out great and my confidence soared!
I opened paper & taigh on Etsy in 2013…honoring my son whose name is Taigh (pronounced tie…get it paper and tie). With much success and over 6,200 sales later, I decided to open my own shop! Now I’m #livingthedream
